SINDONEWS.COM JAKARTA – The academic paper of Law (UU) Number 23 of 2019 concerning the Management of National Resources (PSDN) for National Defense, is considered not to be explained in detail. This was stated by the Head of the HI FISIP UIN Jakarta Study Program, Faisal Nurdin Idris.
According to him, the arguments presented in this academic text are too forced. Faisal Nurdin conveyed this view in a Critical Review of Law Number 23 of 2019 concerning PSDN in the Perspective of Politics, Law-HAM, and Security: Ahead of the Constitutional Court's Decision, Cooperation in the International Relations Study Program of FISIP UIN Jakarta and IMPARSIAL, Madya Hall, UIN Ciputat Campus, Jakarta , Thursday (2/6/2022).
