JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - There are two reasons why the lawsuit related to the decision of the TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa who appointed Major General Untung Budiharto to be Pangdam Jaya was rejected by the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN). The plaintiff's attorney, Julius Hebrew, said that the panel of judges argued that the lawsuit for the appointment of Major General Untung should have been carried out in the Military Court.
Given that this appointment is related to Andika's decision letter or military affairs, the lawsuit should be made in the realm of the Military Court. "The court said that this is the military domain, so because of the TNI Commander's Decree, the domain should be a trial in the Military Court," said Julius when contacted by Kompas.com, Tuesday (19/4/2022).
