JAKARTA – The threats in the National Resource Potential Law (PSDN) are too broad and have multiple interpretations which include military, non-military, and hybrid threats. This will create legal uncertainty and various problems in practice.
This was confirmed by Imparsial Executive Director Gufron Mabruri in a FGD and Media Briefing held by the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan University, Bandung, Thursday (7/3/2022).
