Detiknews Jakarta - The Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN) has rejected the claim that the TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa appointed Major General Untung Budiharto as Pangdam Jaya. The lawsuit was originally filed by the families of the victims of enforced disappearances together with Imparsial, KontraS, and YLBHI who are members of the Civil Society Coalition.
"Regarding the results of the lawsuit against the TNI Commander against the TNI Commander's decision regarding the appointment to the position of Pangdam Jaya, today the Head of the State Administrative Court has been issued," said the Head of the Legal Aid (Bankum) Civil and State Administration Babinkum TNI Colonel Chk Rochmat to detik.com, Tuesday (19/4/2022).
