TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Vice President Ma'ruf Amin met the TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa at his residence, on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
Spokesperson for the vice president, Masduki Baidlowi, said Andika reported a number of policies for handling conflict in Papua.
“There are several policies that might bring a new atmosphere that is more conducive to security in Papua. The Vice President is very pleased with what Panglima Andika reported, because the Vice President is very intensive in monitoring the development of Papua," said Masduki in a voice recording received by Tempo, Wednesday, November 24th, 2021.
