TRIBUN-VIDEO – The Papuan Armed Criminal Group (KKB) will continue to terrorize and commit acts of violence in Papua.

This is due to the suspicion that a number of The Indonesian Armed Forces personnels had supplied ammunition to sympathizers and were affiliated with the KKB.

Quoted from on Friday (10/22/2021), according to Imparsial Executive Director, Gufron Mabruri, the alleged sale of ammunition by TNI personnel is a form of deviation.

Not only that, he also emphasized that the act of supplying ammunition has widened to become a criminal offense.

He considered that the authorities should solve this case.

This has an effect on solving security problems on Earth of Cendrawasih.

In detail, he explained that the impact of this case would also lead to a long cycle of violence in the land of Papua.

"It can be ascertained that the ammunition was used and it hindered breaking the cycle of violence that continues to occur in Papua today," said Gufron, Friday (22/10/2021).

As previously reported, it was revealed that a TNI personnel had supplied 604 rounds of ammunition to three people affiliated with KKB in the mountains of Papua.

The news was obtained based on the results of the examination of three people who were arrested in Mimika, Papua, on (30/9/2021).

The three people had the initials AB, KG, and BS.

They claimed to have obtained 604 rounds of 5.56 mm caliber ammunition from TNI personnel.(
